【退換貨與退款政策】
由於我們銷售之產品主要為食品原料(如珍珠、奶精粉、糖漿等),基於食品安全與衛生考量,Boba Formosa 執行嚴格的退換貨標準:

1. 遺漏、損壞與品項錯誤(保障期:收到貨後 48 小時內)
* 請在收到貨物時立即開箱檢查。若發現原廠包裝破損漏氣、品項漏發或送錯商品,請於 48 小時內拍照或錄影存證,並聯繫客服(formosaaus@gmail.com)。
* 經核對確認後,我們將立即為您安排補寄、換貨或退款,相關運費由我們承擔。

2. 商業批發客戶之不予退換貨情況
* 已開封或使用:任何已拆封、真空包裝已破壞(非運輸造成)之食品原料,一律不接受退換。
* 個人/店家主觀因素:不接受以「買錯了」、「口味不符合預期」、「店裡突然不需要了」等個人或商業營運調整因素要求退換。
* 保存不當:若因客戶端未依規定存放導致產品受潮、變質、蟲蛀,恕不負賠償責任。

3. 認可之退貨退款流程
* 經客服同意退款之金額,我們將直接退回您當初支付的金流管道(如信用卡、PayPal 或轉帳帳戶)。銀行作業時間通常需要 3-7 個工作天。

【Boba Formosa Refund & Return Policy】
As a wholesale supplier of food ingredients (including tapioca pearls, creamer powders, and syrups), food safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Therefore, Boba Formosa operates under a strict Return and Refund Policy:

1. Damages, Shortages, and Incorrect Items (48-Hour Claim Window)
* Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive damaged packaging (e.g., broken vacuum seals), missing items, or incorrect products, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email (formosaaus@gmail.com) with clear photographic or video evidence.
* Once verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at our expense.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
* Opened Products: Any food ingredients that have been opened, used, or have broken seals (not caused by transit) cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
* Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind," accidental over-ordering, or business operational changes.
* Improper Storage: Boba Formosa is not liable for product spoilage, moisture damage, or pest issues resulting from improper storage conditions at the customer's premises.

3. Refund Processing
* Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the financial institution to process the credit.
